No more shaving waxing or tweezing

Messy painful and ineffective hair removal methods should now be a thing of the past. Harmony laser with "Advanced Fluorescence Technology" treats unwanted hair with quick and safe bursts of light, involving no downtime, you can continue with all your regular activities immediately after treatment. Best of all this non-invasive and effective approach yields permanent hair reduction and long term hair removal - anywhere on your body.

How does the Harmony Laser work in Hair Removal?

During photo-epilation, the pigment (melanin) within hair absorbs the light. The hair transmits this heat into the hair follicle which it destroys, without damaging the epidermis. Thus the follicle cannot produce new hair A clinical breakthrough in hair removal, Harmony's uniquely shaped pulses of light deliver heat only in the therapeutic range, precisely heating their target with little or no damage or discomfort.

THE RESULT; Safe, quick and effective hair removal that lasts

Is it safe?

The Harmony's light sources are specially designed to match your skin type, assuring exceptionally exact and gentle treatments. Clinical trials conducted by leading authorities have proved its safety and effectiveness

Does it hurt?

While pain tolerance is an individual matter, most people tolerate the Harmony hair removal extremely well and describe the sensation as a rubber band snap to the skin; the majority of patients require no anaesthesia.

How long does a treatment take?

Harmony is able to cover relatively large areas at high speed, and treats numerous hairs with each light pulse. While this method allows for unusually rapid hair removal, the exact amount of time required is determined by the size of the area being treated. Your skin specialist will advise you on timing at your consultation appointment.

How many treatments are necessary?

All hair follicles go through periods of dormancy and growth, as this specific Harmony hair removal pulsed light only affects hair follicles that are actually producing hair at the time of the treatment. Resting follicles must enter the growth phase before they can be effectively treated. For this reason, treatment must be repeated until all hair follicles have passed through the growing phase. Clinical studies and our experience indicate approximately 6 treatments are needed at intervals over a 4-6 month period. Your skin specialist will advise you of this on your consultation appointment.

Who can be treated?

Men and women over the age of 18 years of age and of all skin colours have been successfully treated. For best results hair removal is customised according to skin colour, hair texture and body site.

The Harmony Laser Advantage

Harmony laser hair removal is designed to selectively treat only hair follicles, leaving surrounding tissue untouched. Using pulses of light it effectively removes hair without causing irritation and minimises the chance of scarring and pigmentation changes.
