Dr Mark Jinks
Medical Director
Dr Mark Jinks is a highly experienced medical doctor with a background in general practice, orthopaedic surgery, and sports medicine. At The Henley Clinic, he brings a unique, results-driven approach to aesthetics—blending cutting-edge cosmetic treatments with a deep understanding of human physiology, performance, and longevity.
Alongside advanced aesthetic procedures such as wrinkle-relaxing injections, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation therapies, and regenerative techniques like polynucleotides and PRP, Dr Mark also draws on his expertise in functional medicine, hormones, and health optimisation. His tailored, science-based protocols go beyond surface-level improvements to enhance skin health, vitality, and confidence from the inside out.

Salva Mercadé
Physiotherapist
Originally from Barcelona, Salva is an experienced physiotherapist who has been living in Henley-on-Thames for over six years with his wife and their four children.
With 25 years of clinical experience, Salva holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Barcelona (UAB) and spent over two decades running his own private practice in Spain before establishing himself professionally in the UK.
His areas of specialisation include Myofascial Release, Global Postural Reeducation, and Acupuncture and Dry Needling. These approaches have enabled him to support hundreds of patients in managing a wide variety of conditions, such as back pain, shoulder injuries, sports-related issues, postural imbalances, and more.
Salva is known for his highly personalised and effective treatment, ensuring every patient receives the bespoke care and follow-up they need to achieve long-lasting results.
He is available for consultations at The Henley Clinic twice a week. In addition, he works closely with the junior squads at Shiplake Vikings Rowing Club, where two his two eldest daughters row.
Sarah Holness
Ultherapy Specialist
Sarah Holness is a registered nurse with 30 years’ experience primarily in the operating theatre as a surgeons assistant and theatre manager. With a career direction change nine years ago and utilising her strong medical skills, Sarah started in aesthetics and was approached to become a specialist trainer of other physicians and medical specialist in facial aesthetics with major pharmaceutical company “Merz Aesthetics”.
Sarah rapidly moved on to head the Clinical specialist training division and also to take on the use and training of Ultherapy, again to other physicians and medical specialists in U.S. Europe and UK.
Sarah is the only trainer for Ultherapy in UK and Ireland and still maintains a role as a consultant to the Merz Company and brings huge experience to Henley Clinic in the treatment of Ultherapy but also in the consultation procedures on what patients require and what can be realistically achieved. Sarah is an independent prescriber and board member of the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing.
